From old ICF 12 coaches * 72 berths = 864 total berths in old Garibrath. Now 20 coaches of 3E type will give 20 * 80 = 1600 berths. This is almost adding 736 additional berths, bi-weekly so that is almost adding two new Garib raths in the route. IR can easily replicate this by converting 12/15 coach long distance trains into 20/22 coach LHB 3E rakes and add berths to the same route without introducing new trains and overcome finding new slots.

more... can be made 20 coach rakes and run on daily basis, rather than weekly / bi weekly basis. This will bring down the wait list status on few important routes.
