Pantry Car - NO, On-board Catering - YES, E-Catering - YES
Availability of drinking water was an issue during my journey in this train on the 22nd and 23rd of October, 2016. The on-board catering was available from private organizations which provided lunch and dinner. On the first day after boarding the train at Saharanpur we received food for lunch from, so far as I remember, Express caterer who has a canteen at the platform. The menu for lunch consisted of rice, dal, paneer, achar. the food was good. At night we were served rice, dal, paneer, achar. The next day for lunch we got rice, paratha, parhar curry, achar. After the train reached Patna that day we hardly found anyone selling drinking water bottle.

This is a post I made in the description of menu section of the train based on my experience. I remember having to get off at MGS at the dead of night to get some water, water bottle being hardly available in the compartment for a long time.. That was way back in 2016. May be the situation has improved now.
