manage karne ke liye, New Delhi aur Anand Vihar stations pe temporary waiting rooms banaye gaye hain, jahan pe peene ka pani, khane ki dukaane, booking counters, inquiry counters, announcement system aur toilets jaise facilities hain. Dono stations pe situation monitor karne ke liye ek control room bhi set up kiya gaya hai. Ye sab karne ka maqsad hai ki Holi ke waqt passengers ko achchi facilities mile aur rush ko manage kiya ja sake.
