If the tickets in end to end GNWL quota remains unfilled will it be used to fill the other PQWL quota tickets?
I am having a PQWL 38 ticket from ERS-TPTY on Feb 7, and currently 246 seats are available from ERS-NZM. If these seats remain unbooked, will it be used to clear PQWL tickets?
