I am not sure if you have seen the Urban Slum dwellers who are staying in Delhi NCR. They already have AC at their homes. What is more important is the Sleeper is a loss-making proposition to IR. So IR doesnt want to promote it. Therefore if you see to tackle all this over crowding SL coaches are still not being increased but UR are being taken care.

Did 12313 reach NDLS on time? There have been numerous cases where
NCR handed over the train at CPZ on time i.e. 1 hr or 1hr 15 mins before the arrival at NDLS. And the train arrived late by 5/10 mins because it got detained at Shivaji Bridge.

You would be surprised to know that Oberoi Hotels had approached NRM/IR to use the same rake stationed at NRM for running a fine dining restaurant.
Had this happened footfall in NRM would have been different. But NRM Director wasn't on board to lease the rake. And rest is history.
