Whatever be the reason.. Bad decision from ECR and poor planning from dhanbad.. they could have tried something else.. There are many special which runs well inspite of dynamic fare

Probably... so if seats are vacant.. something need to be done right to avoid loss.. its not about this or that train... seat are vacant for longer time .. something need to be done.. 12260 300+seats remains vacant at every run.. RB must do something of it
