It seems that clearly Railways plan to limit importance of Rajdhanis only wrt to timings, kyuki coach and facilities toh ab baki trains mein bhi similar hi hai!!

110 mein bhi Rajdhani takes more than 2.5 hrs for 166km officially! And mujhe samajh mein nahi aata hai is section ka. Talgo ki badi high speed testing karwa rahe the, lekin aise trains dhang se nahi chalate. I have seen 12524 taking 6hrs between NDLS-MB. Kuch acha hoga nahi is section ka!!

Yeah, looks like that. Take for example Katihar-Purnea section. It says as 20 trains per day, that's like less than a train per hour. Still utilisation is above 100%

North East Rajdhanis would give up immediately with these benchmarks. I think it should be based upon sectional speeds, like high altitude/single line sections having different benchmarks than double lines sections.
