Agree:with your thoughts. Agree Agree Agree
Whilst the CNB-ALD section runs at/beyond capacity and the trend is similar for CNB-ON-LKO section; we have tracks running from Unnao-Sitapur which are woefully underutilized and see only a single pair of passenger train per day. Same is for the ON-RBL tracks which too has too little trains. IR ought to upgrade these sections both to benefit passengers on this route and exploring alternate routes.

It'll help connect CNB with STP more efficiently. Also, I find it ironical that Kanpur-Allahabad has an alternate route sitting right next to the main route that

is only ~14 km long. If that route is doubled and speeds upgraded, trains can easily find a way from CNB to ALD without choking on the main line.

NR is least interested to develop unless NCR suggests on the exhaustion capacity. For Unnao to Sitapur it's partially the NR again and has to join hands with NER to develop. Unless miracle there's no scope of seeing an upgrade + alternative route.

It's the person's willingness to address with the old or existing names. There's no specific obligation. If you are not comfortable addressing as Allahabad you can stop.

Haha ЁЯШВ yeah agree, the UNI and HC are still with Allahabad. I wonder why someone actually wants to provoke a controversy in every blog.

Yes totally agreed on all points the legacy has it and if these powerful legislatives wanted to change they would have done it long ago. One can still use the names.

Not just this blog but there were plenty of previous cases that we all saw the discussions on the nomenclatures still it goes on due to such seasonal sparks. ЁЯШВ

For UK Kranti to have a connectivity the slip is running. NR has not proposed cause there is no alternate train hence the existing pair is running comfortably.

For CDG YPR - SWR needs to get the coaches prioritize the conversion which will take little for time.

Just a thought I might be wrong however is this circular legit? The fonts used header and inside table , they are different and also the word in sentence 'Status of Train changed from Sperfast to Non-Super fast." "Sperfast"? We did have typos before but never saw in such cases . The first table entirely has the different font, new abbreviations being used whereas in the second table for passenger trains are being reverted to old numbers they too don't have any remarks, Indentation and alignment is not properly made. We cannot see any signature of railway personnel too. We just got circulars from NFR and ECOR?

Amidst hot summer in Tirupati, While I wait for Vande Bharat, I was equally surprised to listen to the announcement of delayed run of Keral Superfast.
Seen here is Royapuram HOG WAP-7 30426 with 7.45 hours late 12626 New Delhi - Trivandrum Kerala Superfast Express arriving at Tirupati.
