The court issued this directive while hearing a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by Kiran Kumari, who requested the construction of a railway overbridge near Hazaribagh Road railway station. She highlighted the heavy traffic congestion caused by the closure of the railway crossing and the frequent accidents occurring due to people trying to cross the tracks. The court has asked the state government to submit a status report and has scheduled the next hearing for July 18th.

abhi tak complete nahi ho paya hai. Court ne yeh direction ek public interest litigation (PIL) ke case mein diya hai, jo Kiran Kumari ne file kiya tha. Unhone Hazaribagh Road railway station ke paas ek railway overbridge banwane ki request ki thi. Unka kehna hai ki Saraiya main road, jahan se railway crossing jaata hai, bahut busy rehta hai. Isse railway crossing band hone par har din traffic jam lagta hai aur log track cross karne ki koshish mein aksar accidents mein involve ho jaate hain. Court ne state government se kaha hai ki woh is case mein ek status report submit kare aur next hearing July 18th ko rakhi gayi hai.
