financial upgradation under MACPS. The IRTSA argues that the non-granting of level-8 for SE(IT) has created a significant anomaly, leading to stagnation in the career progression of IT engineers. This issue is further compounded by the fact that IT Engineers who switched from ministerial cadre through departmental selection are now disadvantaged compared to their former ministerial counterparts, who would have received promotions to level-8 had they remained in their original cadre. The memorandum also points out inconsistencies in the implementation of pay level upgradation and cadre restructuring for IT Engineers compared to other departments. The IRTSA requests immediate corrective action to address these anomalies and ensure equitable treatment for IT Engineers.

IRTSA ka argument hai ki SE(IT) ke liye level-8 na dene se ek bada anomaly create ho gaya hai, jiske karan IT engineers ki career progression mein stagnation aaya hai. Yeh issue aur bhi zyada complex ho gaya hai kyunki woh IT Engineers jo departmental selection ke through ministerial cadre se IT cadre mein aaye hain, unko ab apne former ministerial counterparts se disadvantage ho raha hai, jinko level-8 mein promotion milta agar woh apne original cadre mein rahe hote. Memorandum mein pay level upgradation aur cadre restructuring ko IT Engineers ke liye aur dusre departments ke liye implement karne mein inconsistency bhi batayi gayi hai. IRTSA isse related anomalies ko dur karne aur IT Engineers ke liye equitable treatment ensure karne ke liye immediate corrective action ka request karti hai.
