Railway Act was invoked against them. In addition, three other individuals were arrested under Section 159 of the Railway Act. All 13 individuals were presented online before the Railway Magistrate in Dhanbad. They all paid the prescribed fine and were subsequently released. The checking operation was led by RPF Inspector in charge Arun Ram.
