karte kyunki process bahut lamba hai aur koi action nahin hota. Pickpockets aksar group mein kaam karte hain aur aise passengers ko target karte hain jo report karne ki zyada sambhavna nahin rakhte. Aur bhi buri baat ye hai ki kuchh victims jo report karte hain, unko police koi action liye bina vapas bhej deti hai.
