Parvati, stated that her daughter, Priyanka (30), had been married to Dev from Anantpatti village ten years ago. They have four children. The husband reportedly abused and mistreated Priyanka frequently. When Parvati tried to contact Priyanka around noon, the police answered, informing her about the discovery of Priyanka's body. Parvati accused her daughter's husband and in-laws of murdering her and staging it as a suicide. The Dehat Kotwal, Rana Pratap Yadav, confirmed the discovery of the body and stated that further action would be taken after the postmortem report reveals the cause of death.

Pativrat Priyanka ko roj maarta-peetata aur pareshan karta tha. Dopahar mein jab Parvati ne Priyanka se baat karne ke liye uske mobile pe call ki to police ne uthaya. Police ne bataya ki Priyanka ka shav railway track pe mila hai. Parvati ne aarop lagaya ki uski beti ko uske pati aur sasural walon ne murder kiya aur usko suicide dikhane ke liye track pe phenka. Priyanka ka sir sirf dhad se alag tha. Jiske wajah se aisa lag raha hai ki murder ke baad shav ko track pe rakh diya gaya aur suicide banaya gaya. Unhone Kotwali mein teherir dekar aaropion ke khilaf action ki guhaar lagayi hai. Dehat Kotwal, Rana Pratap Yadav ne bataya ki railway track pe ek aurat ka shav mila hai. Postmortem report aane ke baad aage ki action li jaayegi.
