a CRS special train with two saloons. The trial, which ran at 110 km/h, was successful, with the train covering the distance from Ghat station to Sonwal station in just six minutes. The CRS has approved a speed limit of 100 km/h for the new line, and the Ministry of Railways will need to approve the line before passenger and freight trains can operate on it. The new line connects to the existing Varanasi-Chhapra railway line at the newly developed Ghat station and functions as a crossing station. The construction of the new line was initiated in 2016 by the Prime Minister, including the construction of a rail-cum-road bridge over the Ganges River.

kiya gaya, aur uske baad ek CRS special train se full speed trial bhi kiya gaya. Trial 110 km/h ki speed se chalaya gaya aur Ghat station se Sonwal station tak sirf 6 minutes mein poori ho gayi. CRS ne is nayi line ke liye 100 km/h ki speed limit approve kar di hai. Ministry of Railways ko bhi approve karna padega is line ko, tabhi passenger aur freight trains chalna start ho payega. Nayi line, existing Varanasi-Chhapra railway line se Ghat station par join hoti hai aur yeh ek crossing station ki tarah kaam karta hai. Is nayi line ki construction 2016 mein Prime Minister ne shuru ki thi, jisme Ganges River par ek rail-cum-road bridge ka construction bhi shamil hai.
