implementation of a conveyor belt system for loading and unloading goods in freight train operations. This innovative concept, piloted in Agra in 2021-22, has proven successful and is now being adopted by the Railway Board across its network. The system, implemented through a third party, has increased the speed of loading and unloading, reduced labor costs, and minimized risks. Srivastava, originally from Gorakhpur, has also implemented initiatives to improve accessibility at Agra Cantt and Mathura Junction stations for the differently-abled, including portable ramps, Braille indicators, and sign language videos.
