The problem with 19204 is that it has a very relaxed run and shares slot between ADI and BDTS with 19010, 12998 and 22916. Now 10.00 arrival at BDTS is a peak time and at that time most of the trains to DDR, BDTS, MMCT arrive so giving a new slot is difficult at that time.
But yes if they wish, they can utilise the slot of 22952 and 22473 between ADI and BDTS which is empty on remaining 5 days and speed up this slow passenger by 3.5 hours.
