Proposal is ok but u need 2 conventional rakes with min 21 coaches as it's already 16 coach MeMU running full capacity. One more is it has to run to another place from SC leaving at 1600 for short journey to reach by 2100 and have PM/SM facility. Basically this caters Kakinada Rjy TDD EE belt to Vja for office and business purposes and it's timings should not be disturbed in both directions. For KKD it's too early dep should be speedup by 45 mins to leave at 500.
