Distance restriction is there. You have in 12321/2 Mail.
Howrah - Tatanagar cannot be booked in advance in 12810. Only you can book in current.

Its having 35 km per halt on an avg
1911 kms and 54 halts
.
Has major stations which are busiest like patna, ddu, bsb, lko etc..
.

single line section, famous kashi bridge where ddu to bsb take 1 hour minimum if train is lucky and has priority to get placed on platform..
.
It has slow section like 100 mps in LKO-BE-MB section
.
Speedup is not possible, hardly u can speedup an hour that too if all zones agree however it will not benefit a lot as well
.
For speedup either remove few halts and wait for section to upgrade for higher speed..
