As the 1st express train now shifted to Hadapsar, soon I hope more trains will be shifted to Hadapsar. Central railways should think about developing infrastructure and transportation here.

CR can make a 1 platform at the space marked with a Black star which will be a terminal type. The terminal type doesn't mean it will be a dead-end, but it means the train which will originate/terminate at Hadapsar should be brought on that platform.

more... PMPML and CR should collaborate together and start a small bus-stand at the space marled with white stars and name it as Hadapsar station bus stop/stand. PMPML could start buses as Hadapsar-Hadapsar station and even think of making the Hadapsar-Kharadi buses to go below the flyover and go into this Hadapsar station bus stop. No need for regular buses, but instead PMPML buses should have timings coordinating with the trains which will originate/terminate/halt at Hadapsar station.
An auto stand can be prepared on the Platform 1 side exit and those who wish to take share autos or other buses, then they can walk down to the main road (Kharadi-Magarpatta road) which is hardly 200 m away from the railway station.
Leisure and hangout places are sufficient nearby as the Amanora mall and Cinepolis mall are hardly 1 km away towards Magarpatta.
From last 8 years, I have been saying Hadapsar has the best chances of becoming the 2nd Pune railway station. Just PMPML transportation and road connectivity are improved.
