Prashantji you r there with ur monther, kid, sister..... i request you stay calm and safe...stay in ur hotel now. Travelling with ur family is not good now. Specially this period till 7th April 2020 is very risky as is expected that in this period incubation period ending is high chances of increasing the no of positive casses in India. So keep your mother and kid safely.
RB and Central government is also thinking how to resque many passengers like you who got stranded at different stations. allow transfer of virus...as doctors say the period till 7th April is very dangerous and no. of positive cases will increase now very faster. Lets hope for best. I told u earlier also that if u were alone i could have done something but with family that is not possible as with 4 to 5 people traveling together in any railway modes is not possible and can be risky as now frequently checking is goingon at different stations and zones after few incidents of pax traveling in goods trains got caught in many parts of India in last few days.
Sir i suggest you to stay inside hotel with family don't come out. Be safe. I will try to forward you name and address if possible to WB Government or you can slso see the WB Government website for assistance. If anything problem please contact your local police there. If hotel not allowing to stay there contact police officials there they will help you.
You have atm cards with you you can withdraw money from atm i think. If you require some money in emergency situation i will try to send some but huge amount will also not be possible for me as you know everybody's situation in this lockdown. In that case send me your AC details through private post with phone number if you require some emergency money.....
