Kudgi

This is one of the most interesting stations I have seen.
The way they have overcome the non-availability of land by constructing the operations building on top of stilts with a railway line passing under it.

The line to the plant comes on the left where some new work is going on. Then comes the operations building with many loops for freights. The signalling is done from the top.
Then there is a loop for passing. Imported WDP4 with GG is seen taking the mainline and crosses.
-
Then comes the actual station. Well, not exactly a station. Just a small ticket counter on the side of mainline, not even a rail level PF for boarding.
-
On the left the freight line deviates towards the plant in a massive curve.
-
People have their own way of travelling too. Many board this train at Vijayapura, hoping that it loops at Kudgi or any of their intermediate stations. If not, they get down at where it loops for GG and take the Pass which follows this train to their respective station.
Last pic ---- Here some who wanted to go to BSRX were disappointed and got down and walked to the ticket counter where the passenger would stop and then take it to BSRX.
