The contract of MEALS ON WHEELS caterer has been terminated from immediate effect in Poorva exp following d complaint of a pax when he found a lizard in his food. Contract terminated by MOR within 1-2 hrs.

MOW wud not be able to get kicked out of IR till officials r backing it. As dey r also getting benefitted by MOW. It will require sumthng different lyk a serious blow by CAG in this instance, to get this sort of caterers kicked out of d whole system.
This action should have been taken long back, but anyways I m happy that atleast this step has been taken now
