This is clean cheating and a fare reason of strike which is going to be happen.
About the Speed/preference thing the Dn train will enjoy superb priority in NFR though MLDT onwards it has avg TT but anyways because avoiding NCR/ECR maintains good punctuality. But again I repeat not even the controllers have any idea about Suvidha & hence it'll enjoy priority only becausr of a S/F
Yes , An example - once by brother was travelling in 06336 and train got late by 18hrs and the DRM was unaware of running of this train.
Very soon this Mafia Raj is going to attack the 4 Crore MST/QST holders & I can smell the volcanic eruption that is going to be followed. One of my office colleague travels from Sainthia to BLY in Rs 850/- month & when he comes to know that the same MST might cost him ~Rs 2.5k after quite a few months he may quit the job :p
That's going to be real trouble. I can understand the situation of you office colleague as I am also a MST holder.
