Agreed your above points that Railways cut all facilities as you mentioned to upgrade another new train. It is first time it happened in our Railways.
-Brindavan Express been robbed from 1-7-2012 slot and scale down its facilities, so that new Double Decker to survive passengers &as per Times of India News/Chennai/7-2-2013. So speed 62 reduced to match DD run 58 kmph. May be double deck LHB Coach-Weight is more than regular coach may be and several-curves may slow. Cause both takes same running hours. From morning SBC-Mas Intercity SF/12610 dep. 8am then DD starts after 6.30hrs gap but ticket fare is higher Rs.470 only emergency we used and aircondition effect is gone once Central platform arrived due to humidity. -So only scale down Brindavan then only DD prospering? there are thousands of SF & Express running along Rajdhani, Shatabdi, other DD & Doronto Express running independently. So SR to benefit DD to further:
-Let SR & SWR Start Brindavan 6.30am @ MAS (like Lalbagh/12608) and reach SBC 12.30/45 and SBC Dep: 13.30/45 and MAS Arv: 19.30 hrs. (like Mas-Sbc Intercity/12609). SO that Double Decker got lot of time to adjust time MAS dep: 7.30 hrs and SBC Arv: 13.30 pm and Dep: 15.00 hrs and reach MAS 20.45 hrs. so that DD run full and later add another 2 LHB coaches.
-Also regret all Brindavan Loco Pilots of WAP4 & WAP7 is Gr8 but NOT running as per Time-Table (bit Tired running slow it seems but pls keep on-time if possible) along enroute other Station-Masters delay for giving green-signal from Departure to all Intermediate-Stations in 2 minutes but forget and lately give signals is all count much for this Train to run Late every now & then at each stoppage. Just 10-20 mins. is agree but God sake not 30 to 60 mins.plus Late Running is beyond limit, Sir why it is not Gaining Speed like other Trains? Lalbagh SF 21-22 coaches but due to Sir Brindavan SF 24 coaches (and some are OLD paan-paarag coaches recently attached at Yards at night) so this makes run slow. Sir road transport lot of jerk and brake but Train we travel always even full but smooth running by expert LPs under Rail Minister, various Divisional Managers, Chiefs, PROs, Station Masters, LPs & all Staff transport millions and millions of Passengers 24x7 is Gr8 !
