The Station Superintendent reprimanded the inquiry counter staff and instructed them to provide accurate information to passengers about train timings.

to operate a large number of special trains during the Kumbh Mela. To avoid congestion at Prayagraj Junction, the Humsafar Express, which runs four days a week to New Delhi and three days a week to Anand Vihar, is being shifted. Currently, the train remains parked at the platform for a long time after arriving from Delhi, and the shunting process also takes time before it reaches the washing line. This process is repeated during its departure at night. Several trains have already been shifted to Subedarganj station. While shifting the Humsafar Express to Subedarganj will provide convenience to residents in the west of the city, it may cause inconvenience to those living in the northern and southern assembly constituencies. This is because Subedarganj station is located at the other end of the city, while Prayagraj Junction is centrally located and therefore easier to access.

Isse Prayagraj Junction ke kisi bhi platform par zyada der tak trains khadi nahi ki ja sakti. Humsafar Express saptah mein chaar din New Delhi aur teen din Anand Vihar tak chalti hai. Isse Delhi se aane ke baad yaha ye kaafi der tak platform par khadi rehti hai. Iske baad shunting process mein bhi samay lagta hai. Tab kahan jaakar train washing line pahunchti hai. Yahi process raat mein iski rawangi ke doran bhi hoti hai. Kai trains pehle hi shift ho chuki hai. Issi ko dekhte hue railway ki taiyaari hai ki Humsafar ko bhi Subedarganj station se chalaaya jaaye. Biti kuchh mahino ke doran Prayagraj Junction se chalane wali kai trains Subedarganj shift ki ja chuki hai. Halanki Humsafar Express ko Subedarganj shift kiye jaane se shahar paschim mein rehne walo ko bhale hi suvidha mile, lekin shahar uttari aur dakshini vidhansabha kshetra mein rehne walo ko pareshani ho sakti hai.
