The train's operations and maintenance, however, remained under the North Railway at Charbagh. Simply this is a NR train, so let it be with Charbagh only, on permanent basis. And AC Exp I think was NER train, even if AC exp is not shifting, no issue. But these kind of hectic things should be avoided.
