Vijayawada, will now travel through Rayanapadu, Vijayawada Rajarajeswaripeta, Ayodhya Nagar, Madhuranagar, and Gunadala, stopping at Ramavarappadu station. The diversion will be in effect from August 2nd to August 10th, during which time the trains will not be entering Vijayawada station. Passengers are advised to be aware of this change. The South Central Railway has also announced that eight of the diverted trains will have a stop at Ramavarappadu station.

He also requested the inclusion of a stop for the Patalkot Express at Sonagirji, a Jain pilgrimage site, to cater to the religious needs of the local population. Additionally, he advocated for the introduction of the Duranto Express from Chhindwara to Mumbai, the extension of the Vande Bharat Express to Chhindwara from Nagpur and to Ujjain and Indore, and the reinstatement of the stops for various trains at Pandhurna, which has recently been elevated to a district.
