The train number 22534, Yashvantpur-Gorakhpur Weekly Superfast Express, departing from Yashvantpur on June 12, 2024, will run via Manak Nagar, Lucknow, and Malhour stations. The train numbers 82653/82654, Yashvantpur-Jaipur-Yashvantpur, have been revised to 20667/20668, Yashvantpur-Jaipur-Yashvantpur Superfast Express, with the same timings and stops. This change will be effective from October 3, 2024, for train number 20667 departing from Yashvantpur and from October 5, 2024, for train number 20668 departing from Jaipur.

The passengers, mainly from coaches B-1 to B-9 of AC 3 tier, had pre-booked dinner at Ballarshah station, including egg curry, egg biryani, and curry-rice, which they received upon arrival in Nagpur. Passengers reported symptoms within 30 minutes of eating the food. All passengers were deemed to be in good health after being treated and provided with ORS packets by medical and RPF teams upon arrival in Gorakhpur.
