As a result, six trains on the Ayodhya route will be cancelled from January 14th to 22nd, four trains will be cancelled midway, and 20 trains will operate on alternate routes, with several running via Barabanki-Gonda instead of Ayodhya. This will cause inconvenience for rail passengers during this period. Furthermore, on January 17th, the Rameswaram Express, which travels from Ayodhya Cantt to Rameswaram, was short-terminated. The North Railway headquarters also ordered the cancellation of seven trains, including the Anand Vihar-Ayodhya Vande Bharat Express and the Ayodhya Cantt Lucknow Passenger, from January 16th to 22nd. The routes of 35 trains have been diverted via Maan Belha Devi Pratapgarh and Sultanpur. The cancelled trains include the 04241/42 Mankapoor-Ayodhya Cantt Special, 04257/58 Mankapoor Ayodhya Cantt Special, and 04259/60 Ayodhya Dham Mankapoor Special, all of which are cancelled from January 14th to 22nd. The 14231 Prayagraj Sangam-Basti Express, departing from Prayagraj Sangam on January 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, and 22nd, will be cancelled at Ayodhya Cantt station. The 05425 Bhatni-Ayodhya Dham Junction Special, running from Bhatni from January 12th to 22nd, will be cancelled at Katra station. The 14232 Basti-Prayagraj Sangam Express, departing from Basti on January 15th, 16th, 17th, 19th, 20th, and 22nd, will operate from Ayodhya Cantt station.
