Raj after SINA doesnot have any significance. Anyway Green given.

Rajdhani can only originate from a state capital and run till national capital so terminate it at badgam which is nearest terminal to srinagar as SINA does not have terminal facility.
Refer Dibrugarh Rajdhani & Bilaspur Rajdhani Sir. If extension made SINA would be made as terminal.
I Think After Full Stretch, Even BRML Would Have Terminal Facility....Coz Trains Will Run Upto BRML As Well
