Unhone Jamshedpur MP, Vijayvaran Mahto se bhi baat ki aur confirm kiya ki Vande Bharat train platform 1 aur 3 se chalegi. Tatanagar station ka redevelopment plan ke andar, teen new platforms banaye jayenge. Isse platforms ki total number 8 hogi aur passenger travel easier banega.

Howrah Steel Express, Howrah Bardbil Janshatabdi Express, and Howrah Ranchi Intercity Express, were operational on the Tata-Kharagpur route. Other trains were either diverted or canceled. The disruption caused frustration for commuters traveling towards Jamshedpur, who were forced to return from Ghatshila station or resort to private vehicles. Railway officials anticipate train operations to resume within a day or two, pending track repairs at the accident site. Despite initial hopes for at least partial resumption of services, passengers at various stations, including Ghatshila, Galudih, Dhalbhumgarh, Rakha Mines, and Chakulia, were disappointed to learn of the continued disruption. Daily laborers, who rely on the train service for commuting between these towns and Tata, Adityapur, Gamharia, and other locations, were particularly affected. They were either forced to utilize private transportation or return home due to the lack of public transport.
