DRM ne affidavit mein ye bhi bataya ki bhale hi MEMU aur local trains special trains ke roop mein chalein, unpe special train ka charge nahi lagaaya jaayega. Court ne DRM ko 08745 aur 08746 MEMU locals, jo Raipur-Gevra Road-Raipur ke beech 9 mahino se band hain, ke operation ke baare mein bhi jaankari dene ka order diya.
