March 1st, 2024, at approximately 7:40 PM, a special train service was inaugurated from Rampurhat to Katra, providing residents of Rampurhat with the opportunity to visit Ayodha Dham. And the Rampurhat –Katra-Rampurhat ( 00307 ) train is packed with passengers availing this opportunity, but one special service is insufficient to meet the needs of the people in this region. Among the 51 piths, five are situated in Birbhum district, necessitating their connection to the birthplace of Ram Lala. So, the 00307 Rampurhat -Katra-Rampurhat special need to regularized on weekly basis.
