Shiva temple was built in 1946 with the railway administration's approval. They expressed worry that the railway administration wants to relocate the temple without providing alternative arrangements. The meeting decided to form a 'Muzaffarpur Railway Campus Temple Protection Struggle Committee' and to organize a two-day sit-in and fast starting on October 2nd. They also plan to send a memorandum and a request letter to Delhi.

Dono temples ke paas pillar banane ke liye jagah chhinni gayi hai. Aacharya Chandra Kishore Parashar ne kaha ki Delhi tak gyapan aur maang patra bheja jaayega. Meeting mein Muzaffarpur Railway Campus Temple Bachao Sangharsh Samiti ka gathan kiya gaya. Samiti dwara 2 October ko ek dwidivasiya satyagraha aur upavas rakha jaayega.
