liye, railways retired officers ko consultant banakar 2026 tak lagane wala hai. Lekin, IRMS mein jo log train kar rahe hain unme bhi tension hai ki kya IRMS ko technical aur non-technical branches mein divide kiya jaayega. Sabse bada problem yeh hai ki pehle batch ke IRMS officers abhi training kar rahe hain, jisse railways mein skilled staff ki kami ho rahi hai.
