buckling caused a freight train to be stuck on the bridge for 1 hour and 20 minutes, and a MEMU train bound for Lucknow was delayed for an hour. The second buckling caused delays to several trains, including the Balamu Passenger and the Pratapgarh Intercity, while a block was imposed between 5:05 PM and 5:45 PM for repairs. Temperature fluctuations, especially during the summer when the difference between maximum and minimum temperatures is minimal, are a common cause for track buckling. This is because the steel in the tracks expands with increasing temperature, leading to buckling when trains pass over the tracks.

Dopahar 12:20 baje Lucknow jaane wali MEMU ek ghante tak prabhavit rahi. Dusri baar railway pul ke down track par fir patari tedhi ho gayi. Is dauraan Balamu passenger, samay any trainen nikalti raheen. Sham 5:05 se sham 5:45 baje tak 40 minute ka block lekar patari ki marammat ka kaam karaya gaya. Block aavdhi mein koi train Lucknow se Kanpur ki aur nahin ja saki. Raebareli passenger, Utsarg Express, aur Pratapgarh Intercity aadi trainen prabhavit raheen. Taapman mein utar-chadhav ke kaaran rail patari tedhi hoti hai. Ye garmi ke samay tab adhik hota hai, jab adhiktam aur nyunatam taapman ke beech antar kaafi kam ho jata hai.
