The jam lasted for about 1.5 hours, making it difficult for even pedestrians to move. Despite the situation, traffic police officers were not visible initially. After getting stuck in the jam, some police officers who had conducted the exam got out of their vehicles and tried to clear the traffic, but with little success. Later, Home Guard personnel arrived and started working to clear the jam. The jam also caused vehicles to get stuck in the middle of the Agra Railway Crossing. Similar jam conditions occurred earlier in the morning around 11:30 AM due to the influx of candidates, with the jam extending from PWD Tiraha to the Agra Railway Crossing.

Jaam lagbhag 1.5 hours tak raha, jisse pedestrians ko bhi chalna mushkil ho gaya. Traffic police officers pehle nahi dikhte the. Exam karake laut rahe police officers khud jam mein fas gaye, aur apne vehicles se utar ke traffic clear karne ki koshish ki, lekin zyada fayda nahi hua. Later, Home Guard personnel aaye aur jaam khulwane mein lage. Jaam ki wajah se Agra Railway Crossing ke beech mein bhi vehicles phans gaye. Subah 11:30 AM ke aaspaas bhi students ke aane se jaam laga tha, jo PWD Tiraha se Agra Railway Crossing tak raha.
