Minister Ashwini Vaishnav ko letter likhkar is strike par dhyan dene ka request kiya hai, aur Central Administrative Tribunal aur Karnataka High Court ke rulings ka hawala dete hue kaha hai ki rest dene mein nahin dena gair-kanuni hai. Kerala government ne railway authorities ko is rulings ko follow nahin karne aur strike karne wale employees ko saza dene ke liye criticize kiya hai. Palakkad Division ne is strike ke liye retired loco pilots ko dosh diya hai aur claim kiya hai ki division ke loco pilots stipulated hours ka sirf 80% work kar rahe hain.
