bina board approval ke approve kar sakte hain, lekin isse zyada cost wale projects ke liye board se approval lena jaruri hai. DRMs ke paas bhi aise hi powers hain, jisme Rs. 2.5 crore tak ke projects ko bina board approval ke approve karne ki permission hai. Ye order 2021, 2022, aur 2023 mein jaari kiye gaye project approval powers ke baare mein previous directives ko replace karta hai.
