Incidents of passengers being pushed out of coaches and luggage being thrown onto the platform have been reported. In response to these issues, the Division Manager and Commercial Manager have issued instructions to officials to ensure respectful and sensitive treatment of passengers.

wali hai. Bahut jyada crowd ki wajah se passengers ko jagah dhundne mein dikkat ho rahi hai, khaas kar sleeper coaches mein. Kuchh incidents bhi huye hain jahaan passengers ko coaches se dhakka de diya gaya aur unka saaman platform pe phenk diya gaya. In sab incidents ko dekhte hue, Division Manager aur Commercial Manager ne officers ko instructions di hain ki woh passengers ke saath respect aur sensitivity ke saath behave karein.
