He warned of accountability for the construction agency if progress is not seen in the next inspection. During the inspection, he also reviewed the ongoing doubling work between Muzaffarpur-Valmiki Nagar road section, Muzaffarpur-Sugauli and Sugauli-Valmiki Nagar road stations. He also checked passenger amenities at Muzaffarpur Junction, including platforms, restrooms, and waiting rooms, along with the construction progress of the new FOB, the under-construction BICI building, and escalators. He was accompanied by senior railway officials including DRM of Samastipur Division, ADLM (II) of Sonpur Division, and Station Manager of Muzaffarpur Junction.
