event, led by NFIR Zonal General Secretary Shashi Mishra, saw the participation of many AIRF leaders and members. The speakers unanimously pledged to fight for the rights and entitlements of young railway employees, highlighting the concerns surrounding their pension and the new pension scheme. Shashi Mishra emphasized the plight of employees who joined the railway in 2004, facing the prospect of lower pensions and limited benefits for their dependents upon retirement. He urged young employees to follow the path of Swami Vivekananda and fight for their rights. Mishra announced that the campaign will continue until the NFIR and AIRF secure the old pension scheme for young employees. He also hinted at an upcoming campaign in the lead up to the Lok Sabha elections, urging voters to support parties that favor restoring the old pension scheme. The event was attended by several prominent members of the AIRF, including Zonal Treasurer Ratna Panda, who also voiced support for the restoration of the old pension scheme.

Sabhi speakers ne ek saath young railway employees ke rights and entitlements ke liye ladne ka promise kiya aur naye pension scheme ke baare mein chinta jataayi. Shashi Mishra ne 2004 mein railway mein join karne wale employees ki problem batayi ki unhe retirement pe kam pension aur dependents ke liye limited benefits milenge. Unhone young employees se Swami Vivekananda ke raaste pe chalne aur apne rights ke liye ladne ka request kiya. Mishra ne announce kiya ki campaign tab tak continue rahega jab tak ki NFIR aur AIRF young employees ke liye old pension scheme secure nahi kar lete. Unhone Lok Sabha elections se pehle ek campaign ke baare mein bhi bataya jisme voters se parties ko support karne ka request karenge jo old pension scheme ko restore karne ke liye support karenge.
