so dream of 12 Hrs will be achieved on 13 Aug 2016.
RDSO /Indian railways development department have wasted lot of money and still our Rajdhani takes16 HRS.ON The same track Talgo coaches are taking 12 hrs. I think Indian rail sud form a joint venture with Talgo as our coaches are too bulky for high speed operations.

Rdso is really useless... We had to import LHB from foreign, wdp4 from foreign, wap5 from foreign now we importing Talgo also from foreign.
Has rdso invented anything spectacular in last 20 years? I don't think so...

It may be noted that once the talgo rake reach mumbai at the end of a trial, it has to be brought back to Delhi any how without any financial and r&D benefits.
If Technical Parameters of both up and down tracks get checked and validated instead of just only one track, that too without any additional cost and time, what is the loss? there are only the benefits.
The opportunity of checking the Mumbai-Delhi line also at no additional cost and time investment is lost.
