It is true, every year the same story!!
Mumbai metro/suburban Rail projects shall not get the kind of finances and Central Govt support received by Delhi Metro.
If it has to Mumbai railways solve the above inevitably recurring, financially costly problem which is troubling crores of people every year, all the concerned agencies like Indian Railways, Govt of Maharashtra, BMC, CIIDCO, NMMC, Corporates, all political parties etc, have to stand together, cooperate, shed their differences and join hands through contribution and cooperation to finalize the long pending projects especially the elevated

ones which would come to rescue of Mumbai during rainy season. In long run, the level of tracks (at ground leve) have to be elevated in order to have a final solution to the problem. Extremely difficult to implement but sincere, concerted & sustained efforts by all th concerned agencies can bear the desired results.
