Then railway should not issue such high waitlist. N if railway is not allowing WL passenger to board, they should refund the difference
I think rly's decision is right but along with this rly also provide alternate of the journey if not they shouldn't issue such high waiting list ticket.
fake news... premium tatkal me kab se waiting milne lag gaya .. passenger kuch bhi bol raha hai aur newspaper wale publish ker rahe hain...
