Like Crackers carrying or possession during train travel itself made offences and suitably minimum ( 2 to 10 months) jailed for that offences with fines. Then fire accident may be reduced by 80 %.
Many times I hv seen people go to rest room and smoke, and it is impossible to enter to rest room after that..
I don't understand can't people who smoke, can't sacrifice their smoking atleast while traveling ?

There are some very few decent people who smoke on platforms when the train stops for red signal. that's at-least acceptable as these people care for safety.
