I am having trouble logging to IRCTC..my account was migrated to the new server in May itself.and i got the email saying my account has been migrated a few weeks back..but now when trying to log in,it is saying "Wrong credentials"..earlier i used to login to the old site and use proceed for booking to go to the new site..but now,since that has been taken away,i cant access my account. can any one explain what to do ?how to contact IRCTC support team ?

Had tatkal fare had been revised? Then how much? Last wee k i booked the ticket from ED to SBC the fare was 265+20+90=375, normally it will be 170+20=190. Why it was such increased suddenly without piror notice.

Tatkal fare is now fixed at Rs 375 per passenger for upto 500kms...i experienced this when i booked from ERS to CAN ..

IRCTC upgraded Tatkal booking is not so easy. Also Tatkal booking cannot be done from 8am to 12 pm. However the previous version allows you to book tatkal from 10am (with upgraded version it allows only after 12pm).
Are you sure ?? I booked a tatkal 2 days back using my upgraded account at around 10.20am

Hi! I have booked tickets prior to the migration to the Next Generation e-Ticketing Journey Planner but after that I do not see the previous tickets booked and I have been trying for 3 days to get to the old transaction so I can cancell the tickets but could not so I can called them today and they said try after 30 minutes without even telling me anything else, Every time I click on old transaction details it gives me a forbidden error. Any help on this.
Go to previous transactions in the page just after login.You will be redirected to the old booked history.

Rang De Basanti^ 59692 blog postsJust compared its TT with 22633 TVC NZM Express.. Till TCR route is same, followed by diversion thro CBE/Konkan respectively. In intermediate stns list b/w TCR and PGT/SRR resp., till VTK line is same. Thereafter no Junction. So where do exactly lines branch out, while there is no Junction????

The lines branch around 200m before SRR. Trains via PGT bypass SRR through this link line while trains to MAQ/Konkan proceed to SRR
