Hey all..
I have never been on a Rajdhani.. I wish to make a plan during this month, when I have my vacation. Rajdhani near to me are TVC, SBC, MAS. I have few questions to make my selection,
1) Which is better, in terms of rake maintenance? (I don't want to be disappointed with rajdhanis, first impression is best)
2) Which could make
...
a tourist trip? I don't intend to travel to NDLS, I will break in between and return. If I could break at some tourist place(s) and return from there, would be better..
3) My selection will be also based on distance from CBE. Time out from CBE and Time back in.
Your suggestions please ?

I think I have a theory/hypothesis for the large amount of cockroaches present in this train. Yesterday, when I was travelling in AC 3A, a family in a bay next to me, made the lower berth their dining table. Spills and wastage WERE NOT cleared but shoved to floor. Train travelling during day time from MAS to CBE, has all its berths converted to dinner tables by passengers.
Of course, the counter theory, "rake maintenance should be done" is there. But with the amount of passengers travelling (TWICE than the ideal strength because of UR passengers), food waste could be higher hence attracting more pests.

No. By eating/dinning sensible.
1) Using the newspaper that we just read, as a spread to prevent the spills on floor or berths.
2) Using papers wrap up and throw off the wastage.
Keeping OUR BERTH clean for our own good !

Dear all,
Let this thread be of some help (least possible) to those book tatkal.
Kindly post in the browser you used, what time you got ticket booked, also ticket details.
Let us post only the success stories, as we are aware that failure stories are FAR HIGHER.
PS:

I know most of us use Chrome. But there are instances when I was successful with IE & Firefox. This is just a random try to see which browser is more useful.

I always go for Axis bank PG. I have used all three, Chrome, firefox, IE. Success rate is Chrome > Firefox > IE. Because I have many options in MAS - CBE line, I usually end up in some train or the other.

In comparison with Member# 383501, he uses 10 Mbps, leased line. But with such a slow connection, you are also successful on your attempts. So, what is the crucial factor, the speed/system config/browser !?
PS: Please, Don't answer me it is the God, you both worshipped !

It is a movie, not a documentary on the incident. Movies need to add a little flavor/drama, for the entertainment.
