more... in Rail Budget to develop 358 major Railway Stations of the country as Adarsh stations. On Western Railway's Mumbai division, 18 stations have been identified as Adarsh stations. Out of these Marine Lines was the first station, where illustration Panels were exhibited and now Bandra station has also witnessed these panels. A total of five illustration Panels have been displayed at the walls of the main entrance hall of Bandra local station at West side recently. These panels include coloured illustrations of Bandra-Worli Sea Link, Mount Mary Church, Band Stand, Carter Road and Heritage building of Bandra station. These huge display panels are not only having the asthetic value but also being appreciated as valuable sources of information about historical and geographical landmarks and various tourist spots of Mumbai. In near future, similar illustrations will be exhibited at remaining 16 Adarsh stations of Western Railway.
