I am coming by Ahmedabad-Mumbai Shatabdi. Other option I thought was Borivali-Andheri-Metro to Ghatkopar-Kalyan local. Too many transfers but possile. Need your views

Seems to be good option. I searched for bus route and found 700 ltd and AS 700 AS reach Thane-E. But not sure of the time it takes until I actually go for it.

Glad I could Catch the Shatabdi in 1 hr buffer as per schedule. Till 11 pm train was 1 hr late, but made up the delay and was in Pune on dot 4.45
